A Results-driven sales executive with proven results with experience directing high-growth, and high-performance teams.  Recognized for agility, creativity, resourcefulness, decisive leadership, influence, and action.  Deb has worked within the Financial, Retail, and Technology sectors in many national and international companies. She has taken on direct accountability for one of the world’s largest SAP implementation projects and managed the entire Organizational Change Team to support this large-scale transformation. 


Deb has been involved in a dynamic technology company, leading global HR as a Chief People Officer & managing administrative operations and facilities in 16 countries around the world. She has gained expertise in Start-ups, mergers/acquisitions and has led numerous restructuring strategies.  She has built separate business lines to produce successful revenue streams while working in roles that did not traditionally generate profit. She built an HR Service Delivery company while divesting from the parent company, set up foundational financial processes and IT infrastructures for a Distribution and Customer Experience divestiture/start-up while at the same time holding her Executive position with the parent company.


Deb has worked for small and large companies with both National and International experience in both the public and private sectors, such as SMART Technologies, Aguila Convergence Worldwide, Foxconn, Loblaws, The Odella Group, Future Shop, Hudson’s Bay, National Trust, Scotiabank, and BMO.
